Areas we service include Beaconsfield, Berwick, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Clyde and surrounds. __Our Team__ *Grant Forbes – Director* Grant acquired Poolside Beaconsfield in October 2016. He studied management at Deakin University before entering an extensive career in the automotive industry. He has held senior management and directorial roles with Chassis Brakes International, Bosch Chassis Systems and PBR Automotive. With the decline of the car manufacturing industry in Australia, Grant decided to purchase Poolside Beaconsfield, seeing an opportunity for business growth, community involvement and work/life balance. With his children studying at Beaconhills College and his wife Robyn owner of an award winning Brazilian Butterfly salon in Rowville, Grant has a commitment to building strong customer and supplier relationships. *Matthew Cook – Senior Technician* Matt has been with us since February 2019. Matt has an outstanding 20 years experience in the pool & spa industry. With the knowledge and experience he has acquired, we believe there is no challenge; whether it be commercial or residential, that Matt cannot overcome. He has technical expertise in all aspects of pool and spa maintenance along with solar repair and installation. His strong customer base is indicative of his quality workmanship and ethic. *Wayde Meade – Technician* Wayde joined our team late in 2017. He is responsible for pool cleaning and maintenance and general repairs. *Samantha Sheen – Sales and customer service representative* Samantha is most often your first point of contact with Poolside and manages our bookings. She has extensive product knowledge and welcomes the opportunity to assist with any queries regarding our products and services. *Mandeep Premi – Social Media Rep. / Water Analysis & Sales Specialist* Mandeep works with us on a casual basis. He has exceptional social media skills and outstanding sales skills which he derives from his current endeavours in real estate. Mandeep has also become a specialist in water analysis in his time with us. *Andrew Makkink – Sales and customer service representative / Assistant Service Technician* Andrew started with us in November 2018. He brings a CAN DO attitude towards helping customers on an every day basis. His manner and work is exceptional and his service oriented mindset is even better! Andrew works with us on a full time basis, helping and assisting customers in the store as well as on the road.
